Dr. Yasaman Etemad graduated from Griffith University, Australia, with a Bachelor of Oral Health in Dental Science and Master of Dentistry with Distinction, where she was awarded the prize for academic excellence each year of her studies. She has worked as a general dentist and clinical supervisor on the Gold Coast for 3 years prior to moving to Auckland.

Yasaman is a friendly and caring dentist who prides herself in making all patients feel comfortable. Her gentle-natured approach provides a calming environment for her patients which helps create a positive experience, especially for those who may feel anxious about dental appointments. She is fluent in both English and Farsi.

She is a genuine listener to the concerns of her patients and is committed to all aspects of General Dentistry, with a passion for Prevention, and a particular interest in Restorative Dentistry and Prosthodontics.

Outside of Dentistry, she enjoys travelling, baking and spending time with friends and family.
